We touched on the status of the Belmont Underpass at the end of March.
More information was forthcoming today regarding road closures.
Effective on Monday, May 3rd, Belmont Road will be reduced to one lane in each direction (north and south), between Haddow Ave & Curtiss Street. This is for work being done to complete the runaround roadway currently existing on the east side of Belmont Road.
Also, Warren Ave. will be closed at Belmont starting on May 3 running through July 7, 2010.

It’s going to be a real mess if left turns will be allowed in the construction zone. Does anyone have anything on that?
